Notes / Commentary: |
LeBlanc speculates that the books comprising this listing were probably issued without numbering at an earlier date. LeBlanc's listing included only Nos. 3-4. Nos. 1 and 6 were added from WorldCat listings. Quite a few digitized volumes exist that are published by Ottenheimer and contain adaptations of stage plays; however, none show the "Theatrical Series" label or numbering, so either this information was printed on spines (which unfortunately are usually excluded during the digitization process), or else these represent the earlier unnumbered versions that LeBlanc alludes to in his description above. Until more information can be confirmed, these titles are excluded from this listing. |
