No. 14 was added from The Publishers' Weekly, July 12, 1890, page 29. No. 19 was added from The Publishers' Weekly, July 12, 1890, page 28. Nos. 25, 41 and 42 were added based on Internet Archive digitized copies (with numbering for No. 41 coming from page 207 of the April 1, 1891 issue of The Newsdealer). Cary Sternick sighted no. 90 on eBay. Nos. 6, 11, 18, 31, 36, 39 and 67 were added from WorldCat entries.
