Notes / Commentary:

LeBlanc examined one issue, but the number was obliterated. His listing contained 28 unnumbered titles taken from an ad at the back of the book.

Numbering for several issues (v. 1, nos. 2, 4 and 10; v. 2, nos. 2, 7-8, 15 and 16; v. 4, no. 2) was provided by Cary Sternick based on copies he observed. At least one title appeared more than once in the series with different numbering, and some of the dates seem to be out of order relative to the numbering. Additional numbering (for v. 2, no. 9) and titles (v. 1, no. 38; v. 3, no. 9; v. 4, nos. 33-34, 40; v. 5, nos. 41-42, 44) were added from WorldCat.
