Numbering and dating is confused. Evidently some issues were substituted and dated at the time of the substitution causing some numbered issues to be dated differently than the original number.

The original LeBlanc listing contained numbered listings for 1-14 (including two titles each for 9-11), 21, 33, 45-46, 60 and 72, plus 52 unnumbered titles. Position information for 39, 42 and 77 comes from the University of Chicago library catalog. Position information for 36 comes from the digital copy at the Internet Archive. Position information for 48 comes from Publisher's Weekly, July 9, 1892, no. 1067, p. 25. Position information for 32, 38, 40, 44, 52, 68 and 76 comes from WorldCat.
