Notes / Commentary: LeBlanc appears to have erroneously listed this as the Blue Popular Series instead of the Blue Paper Series. His listing only included information on nos. 14 and 22. The series was frequently advertised without numbers; eight unnumbered titles (Ardis Claverden, The Bow of Orange Ribbon, The Delight-Makers, The Doctor's Dilemma, Iermola, Jan Vedder's Wife, The Jew, Madame D'Orgevaut's Husband) were added from an advertisement found on page 494 of The Publishers' Weekly no. 1001 (April 4, 1891), and ten more unnumbered titles (A Colony of Girls, A Gallant Fight, A Highland Chronicle, A Midnight Cry, Perchance to Dream, and Other Stories, Prince Serebryani, A Princess of Fiji, The Schönberg-Cotta Family, The Story of the Persian War, Wedded by Fate) were added from an advertisement found on page 208 of The Publishers' Weekly no. 1148 (Jan. 27, 1894). The remaining unnumbered titles come from A Condensed Catalog of the Books Published by Dodd, Mead & Company in The Publishers' Trade List Annual, 1893.
