First Sentence: Among the most curious creatures known to entomologists are those insects the general appearance of which closely imitates that of other forms of plant and insect life, the object of this resemblance being to afford them protection from their natural enemies.
Last Sentence: It is only a third of an inch long, but on being greatly magnified it bears an astonishing resemblance to a grotesque face, the eyes being well marked, with overhanging brows.
