Date: |
March 23, 1895 |
First Sentence: |
Probably no agitation regarding reforms in the postal system of the world has had such deep interest to those whose hobby consists in the accumulation of the thousands of different varieties of postage stamps as that which looks forward to the adoption of an international postage stamp. |
Last Sentence: |
Collectors will thus have to fall back up in the old stamps to fill their albums; and as there will not be nearly enough to supply all the wants of philatelists, those who begin now to invest in old issues may expect to make a small fortune when the interantional stamp is an accomplishment fact. |
