First Sentence: The residents of San Diego, California, have recently enjoyed a choice morsel of excitement over the hunting down of Antonio Ramos, better known in that region as Greaser Tony, an old native Californian desperado, who is supposed to have committed, in the course of his long and evil life-he was over sixty-pretty much every species of crime in the calendar.
Last Sentence: It is estimated that Ramos, in the course of his guilt-stained career, murdered more than thirty persons with his own hand.
