First Sentence: It was a very cosy, quiet nook, Grange Cottage, and I was, oh, so happy, as I sat in its wide parlor, looking at the setting sun, as its slanting rays illuminated the autumn foliage, making the grand old forest appear like one huge ocean of yellow and gold, through which the soft evening breeze crept, causing a faint rustle, which sounded like sympathetic music to the heart.
