As the lightning express train of the New York Central Railroad slowed up at Rochester on the early morning of October 16th, the engineer discovered upon the cow-catcher of the locomotive two little boys, named Thomas Randolph and Jasper Peckham, and aged twelve and thirteen respectively, who had occupied that dangerous position all the way from Utica. |
