Announced for April 1, 1871, but the advertisement in the front of Speaker No. 12, says it was "Published, Saturday, April 15." This number contains an apparently unrecorded dialogue by Mark Twain, "Mrs. Mark Twain's Shoe," which is probably its first appearance in book form.
